RBM bows in hockey season opener
The Roy-Hart/Barker/Medina Club Hockey team opened their season at Riverside Rink against Buffalo on Wednesday and came away losing 8-1.
Sean Mettler (Roy-Hart) gave RBM a shortlived lead in the first unassisted at the 4:29 mark.
Buffalo tied the score a minute later and the period ended 1-1.
Buffalo went on to score three goals in the second and four in the third period.
RBM’s next game is at Olean on Saturday at 10 a.m. against the home team 0-1 Arrows.
