Rams net N-O tennis win over Mustangs
Roy-Hart downed host Medina 3-1 in a rain shortened Niagara-Orleans League tennis match this afternoon.
The Rams got wins from Quinn Brown at second singles, Tyler Rothwell at third singles and from the second doubles team of Emily Livergood – Ella Martillotta to improve to 2-7.
Medina’s Henry Rigerman won at first singles.
N-O Softball
Medina 35, Newfane 21
Baileigh McAdoo and Lorelei Sanders both had 4 hits, Iyla Lilleby 3 and Rylee VanNotrand and Sophia Goyette 2 each for Medina in a high scoring 35-21 N-O softball win at Newfane.
Lilleby’s hits included 2 home runs, McAdoo’s a triple and VanNostrand’s 2 doubles.
A marathon 14 run third inning put Medina on top to stay.
