Rams and Mustangs score N-O soccer wins
Front-running Roy-Hart shutout host Albion 6-0 and Medina/Lyndonville blanked visiting Newfane 2-0 in Niagara-Orleans League boys soccer games this evening.
Rem Albee scored the first two goals for Roy-Hart off assists from Peter Martillotta.
The Rams then also got goals from Jayden Swygert, Aiden Guild, Martillotta and Brandin Masters.
Jackson Moreland scored a goal in each half for Medina/Lyndonville as Sam Kingsbury and Wyatt Zelazny earned the assists.
Josh Hilobuk, Evan Harris, Mason Nicholson and Jack Whipple anchored the defense for the Mustangs as Zach Fike earned the shutout in goal.
In the other N-O contest, Wilson nipped Akron 1-0.
Roy-Hart is now 7-0, Wilson 5-2, Medina/Lyndonville 3-3, Akron 2-3, Newfane 2-4 and Albion 0-7.
