Ram netters eye rebound season

Boasting a sizable veteran contingent, along with one talented new addition, Roy-Hart is looking to rebound from last spring’s 0-12 Niagara-Orleans League tennis season.
The Rams returning contingent includes seniors Jon Eggert, Kelsey Eldridge, Denzel Flowers, Jarod Shepard, Jamie Swick and James DiLorenzo along with junior Quinn Moreland and sophomores Elliot Spitzer and Timothy Moriarity.
The Rams lineup has also been bolstered by the addition of senior Valeria Sillar, an exchange student from Mexico, who looks to play the first singles position.
“She is our secret weapon,” said Rams Coach Doug Meyer. “She is a very talented player and hits the ball very accurately.”
The Rams are scheduled to open the N-O season at Albion on April 15.
