Ram booters have new coach
With new Coach Greg Martillotta at the helm the Roy-Hart boys varsity soccer team is prepping for the Sept. 2 non league season opener against Holley in the opening round of the Hawks Tournament.
“It’s a good group, a real cohesive group that works well together,” said Martillotta who previously coached the boys varsity squad at Albion.
Six returnees anchor the Roy-Hart lineup including seniors John Stoddard, Andrew Villella, Zach Srock and Ubaldo Molina along with juniors Tim Moriarity and Steven Bruning.
Villella earned Niagara-Orleans All-League honorable mention last year.
Roy-Hart, which went 4-8 in the league and 5-11-1 overall last fall, will open N-O competition on September 5 at CSAT.
