R-H/Barker/Medina icers even record
Avenging an earlier season 5-3 loss, the Roy-Hart/Barker/ Medina Club Hockey team defeated City Honors/Cardinal O’Hara 2-1 Monday evening in a Western New York Club Hockey League White Division game at the Cornerstone Arena.
After a scoreless opening period, RBM took a 1-0 lead on an unassisted goal by Tom Paisley at the 4:23 mark.
The score stayed that way until early in the final period, CO/CO tied the game.
However, RBM rallied back as Rhett Wagner scored the game winner with 1:52 left in the game, also unassisted.
Now at 7-7, RBM will next visit Cheektowaga at their Town Recreation Center at 9 p.m. Saturday.
