R-H returns strong field hockey lineup

Having steadily moved up the standing the last three years, Roy-Hart now returns its starting lineup virtually intact with which to make a strong run at the Niagara-Orleans League field hockey title this season.
Senior attacker/defender Rielly Albee, who earned first team N-O All-League honors last season, and senior attacker Angelina Ciarfella, a second team honoree head Roy-Hart’s veteran laden lineup which also includes Honorable Mention selections attackers Shannon Dent, Victoria Thompson, Delaney Draper and defender Pari Shepard. All are seniors except Draper who is a junior.
The Lady Rams veteran contingent also includes senior attackers Rachel Hutter, Hope Kassmann and Alyssa Inkowski along with junior attacker Sydney Newton, sophomore attackers Jayden Townsend and Alexis Lovewell , goalie Jamie Bower and freshman attacker Samantha Choate. Junior Kate Corra rounds out the lineup.
“We’ve got virtually our entire team back and they are ready with the skills,” said Coach Colleen Albee, “They played in the summer league and they attended the All-America Camp so they are ready for hopefully a very good season. We’re stressing quickness and explosiveness and that’s what we’re hoping will key us.”
Roy-Hart, which went 7-5 last year, will open N-O competition at home on September 1 against Kenmore.
