R-H/Barker/Medina icers drop tourney game
The Roy-Hart/Barker/Medina Club hockey team dropped a 4-1 decision to Orchard Park this morning at Leisure Rink in the annual Christmas Tournament.
OP jumped put to a 1-0 lead through the first period but RBM was able to tie the game in the second as Joel Harris (B) scored on a pass from Colin Dodge (R-H).
However, OP regained the lead for good later in the second with two goals and scored the only goal in the last period.
The next round of games in the tournament for RBM will be on Thursday if they make the semi- finals. That will be determined through the results of games today and tomorrow. They will return to League action Saturday at 7:40 p.m. against second place City Honors/Cardinal O’Hare.
