R-H/Barker/Medina icers drop road contest
Playing Eden-Lake Shore-Pioneer-Springville (ELPS) for the fourth time this season, the Roy-Hart/Barker/Medina Club hockey team finally suffered a loss at the Cattaraugus Arena by the score of 4-2 this evening.
Falling behind 2-0 in a very physical game, RBM was able to tie the game by the early part of the final period.
Jason Kuchey scored his 19th goal of the season assisted by his Roy-Hart mates Dominic Peracciny and Ryan Mettler. Mettler scored the second goal from Matthew Miller (Akron) and Colin Dodge (R-H).
However, ELPS regained the lead for good near the end of the game and then iced the win on an empty net tally.
RBM, now 8-3, hosts Dunkirk- Fredonia Saturday evening at the Cornerstone arena at 7:40PM.
