All of the scoring came in the second half as Albion blanked East High of Rochester 3-0 this afternoon in the consolation game of the Byron-Bergen boys soccer tournament.

Breaking away from a scoreless deadlock, Albion got what proved to be the game winning goal by Noah Goudreau just three and a half minutes into the second half. Goudreau tallied on a rebound shot after an initial shot by Hayden Pecoraro who earned the assist.

Nick Reed quickly doubled the Purple Eagles advantage with an unassisted goal just three minutes later.

Kendyll Hadick later added an insurance goal to round out the Albion scoring.

Devin Gaylord earned the shutout in goal for the Purple Eagles.

Now at 3-1-1 overall, Albion next hosts Wilson on Wednesday in a Niagara-Orleans League game.
