Purple Eagles romp in regular season finale
Albion capped off a 15-5 regular season by rolling past host International Prep 76-58 in a non league boys basketball game this afternoon.
Deyonci Farley scored 25, Liam Ward 18 and Kevin Hillman 14 to lead the way for the Purple Eagles as Bailey Blanchard added 6, Damion Lattimer, Michael DiCureia and Xavier Cornick 4 and Chrisitian Doty and Chris Shabazz 1.
Albion jumped out to a 15-8 first period lead as Farley and Ward both scored 5.
Hillman then scored 11 in the second stanza to help Albion up the lead to 38-20 at the half.
The Purple Eagles advantage ballooned to 23, 57-34, at the three-quarter mark as Farley erupted for 12 points in the third period.
Albion will next compete in the Section VI Class B1 playoffs beginning next week.
