Rebounding from an early deficit, Albion rallied to edge past Roy-Hart 2-1 this evening in a Niagara-Orleans League boys soccer game at Gasport.

Roy-Hart grabbed an early 1-0 lead on a goal by Jameson Johnson, his fourth of the season.

Albion though pulled even on a goal by Connor McQuillan, his second, with four minutes to go in the first half off an assist from Nate Scanlan.

Keeping the momentum, the Purple Eagles then scored what proved to be the winning goal just two minutes into the second half on a shot by Hayden Pecoraro, his fifth, off an assist by Nick Reed.

Albion is now 3-5-2 and Roy-Hart 1-8 in N-O competition.
