Purple Eagles edge Rams for Homecoming win

Avenging an early season 3-2 overtime loss, Albion nipped visiting Roy-Hart 1-0 this evening in a Homecoming Niagara-Orleans League boys soccer game.

Kendyll Hadick scored the game’s lone goal, his 11th of the season, with 6:19 remaining off an assist from Harrison Brown.

Omar Peterson earned the shutout n goal for the Purple Eagles.

Albion is now 3-1-1 and Roy-Hart 2-4 in N-O action.

Holley and Kendall bow

In a non league games, host Geneseo scored twice in the final seven minutes to lock up a 3-0 win over Holley and Keshequa bested visiting Kendall 4-2 with a big 4 goal second half. Mickey Gardner scored a goal to give Kendall a 1-0 lead in the first half. He also netted the Eagles other goal in the final seconds of the second half.
