Practice time for young diamond enthusiasts
Photo by Cheryl Wertman – Two Medina teams will be joining with several Albion squads to compete in the 7 to 9 age division of the new Orleans County Short Season Baseball League beginning in early August. Here several Medina players work on a fielding drill Tuesday evening at Butts Park under the watchful eye of Coach Jamie Duffina. The league will also include a 10-12 division which will have five teams from Albion and one from Medina. That division is slated to begin play late next week.
