Powell wins triple jump at sectionals

Albion High junior Chanyce Powell captured top honors in the triple jump at the Section VI Division 2 (small schools) championships Friday at Pioneer High School to earn a trip to the state meet. Powell turned in a winning leap of 37-7 to set a new Albion school record.
