Pembroke tops Albion in youth football

The Albion Mini Eagles fell 28-13 to Pembroke on Saturday.  Noah Harrison topped the Albion offense with 100 yards rushing, 25 receiving including touchdown runs of 60 and 28 yards.  Roman Manella had 58 yards passing and Nate Gibson had 38 yards receiving.

On defense, Harrison lead with 8 tackles while Gibson had 7 and Mason Snook and Logan Kast 5 each.

In JV action,  Pembroke pulled away in the 2nd half with a 33-14 victory.   Makyell Walker scored on runs of 48 and 54 yards for Albion. Walker finished with 108 yards on the ground as Xavier Byrd had 26 yards rushing.

James Trembley and Walker lead the defense with 8 tackles each,  Blake Preston added 5 as William Farnsworth, Colin Webb and Raekawn Riley each had a fumble recovery.
