Pembroke spikers outlast Holley
Coming from behind twice, Pembroke outlasted Holley 18-25, 25-18, 14-25, 25-22, 25-18 this evening in a Genesee Region League girls volleyball match this evening.
In other G-R matches, Attica defeated Lyndonville 25-16, 25-15, 25-17; Notre Dame topped Kendall 25-17, 25-10, 26-28, 25-17 and Byron-Bergen bested Alexander 25-20, 19-25, 25-16, 25-20.
Lexi Vurraro had 25 assists, 8 aces and 5 kills to lead the way for Byron-Bergen as Julia Pangrazio, Jorie Strzelecki and Grace Huhn each had six kills.
