Pembroke girls top Lyndonville

Improving to 14-1, Pembroke downed host Lyndonville 68-46 in a Genesee Region League girls basketball game this evening.

Emily Peters poured in a game high 23 points, including seven threes, to lead the way for Pembroke as Serene Calderon added 15, Dekari Moss 12, Mackenzie Johnson and Megan Conibear 6, Casey Wurth 4 and Allie Schwerthoffer 2.

Ella Lewis scored 16 and Lorelei Dillenbeck 12 to pace Lyndonville as Karlee Rounds added 8, Kaylee Nesbitt and Savannah Poler 4 and Danielle Weldon 2.

Pembroke jumped out to a 14 point, 26-12, first quarter lead as Peters scored 8, including a pair of threes.

The Lady Dragons maintained a 15 point, 35-20, half-time advantage and boosted the lead to 22, 51-29, at the three-quarter mark. Peters hit five threes in the second half.

Elba 50, Holley 25
Elba posted a 50-25 G-R win over Holley as Brynn Walczak led the Lady Lancers with 20.

Halee Passarell and Olivia Radford each scored 7 for Holley.

Oakfield-Alabama 44, Kendall 33
Oakfield-Alabama defeated Kendall 44-33 in another G-R contest as MaKena Reding scored 16 and Brianna Smith 11.
