Pembroke girls edge Lyndonville

Pembroke made a pair of first half goals stand up for a narrow 2-1 victory over host Lyndonville this afternoon in a Genesee Region League girls soccer game.

Goals by Sam Ianni and Savanna Calderon gave Pembroke the 2-0 lead at the break.

Aubrey Lewis scored Lyndonvlle’s goal in the second half.

Wheatland-Chili 3, Kendall 0
Host Wheatland-Chil blanked defending Division 1 champion Kendall this evening.

Morgan Parker scored a quick goal just 10 minutes into the first half for W-C which later put a lock on the win on a pair of second half goals by Hannah Callaghan.

Kendall is now 2-1 in the league and 3-1 overall.
