Pembroke girls post win over Lyndonville; Kendall wins; Holley bows
Breaking away from a half-time tie, Pembroke used a big third quarter scoring edge to key a 46-28 win over host Lyndonville in a Genesee Region League girls basketball game this evening.
Deadlocked at 17-17 at the half, Pembroke used a 16-5 third period scoring edge to open up a 33-22 advantage. Morgan Coniber scored seven, including a three, to key that uprising.
Jayden Hootman took game high scoring honors with 15 for Pembroke as Coniber had 8, Seneca Calderon 7 and Peyton Liss 6.
Addison Dillenbeck scored 14 and Isabella Groves 8 to lead Lyndonville.
Kendall 48, Wheatland-Chili 38
Kendall evened its G-R record at 4-4 with a 48-38 win over Wheatland-Chili.
Ava LaMay led the Lady Eagles with 12 as Addison Kludt and Brooke Rodas both had 8, Izzy D’Agostino 7, Lia Larson 6, Alea Barrett 5 and Stella Kwiatek 2.
Elba 82, Holley 42
Zoey Wolf had 19 points, including 6 threes, 7 rebounds and 3 steals and Alivia Wolf 14 points, 4 steals and 4 rebounds for Holley in the G-R loss to Elba.
