Yvonne S. Conert

Yvonne S. Conert, 47, of Albion died April 11, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born July 23, 1973 in Newfane and had lived in this area most of her life.

Yvonne enjoyed reading, watching scary movies and helping others; but most importantly, she loved being a grandma.

She is survived by her significant other, Jim Bartosik; her daughter, Samantha (Dallas) Dunn; her son, Joseph Schafer; granddaughter Alexis and another grandchild on the way; her mother, Jeanne (John Justice) Bobzien; father, Robert Bobzien; brothers: Chris and Pat Bobzien; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and a niece.  Yvonne was predeceased by her best friend, Cindy D’Amico.

The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Ave., Albion on Fri., April 16, 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. only.  Memorials may be made to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Attn: Financial Operations, 733 Third Ave., Ste. 510, New York, NY 10017; or the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620.
