Palmer Howard “Parm” Wilder

ALBION – Palmer Howard “Parm” Wilder, 82, passed away following a brief illness on Nov. 28, 2022.

He was predeceased by daughter Sherry, grandson Cole and sister Susan.

Survived by children DeAnn Wilder of Henderson, NV, Pamela (Tom) Mulka of Albion, Daniel Wilder of Albion, Donna O’Malley of Dalton, GA; sister Betsy (Larry)Kennedy of Clarendon; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren as well as several cousins, nephews and nieces. 

Parm was a graduate of Albion with the Class of 1959. He was in the Army reserve for 8 years, owned harness racehorses, was a heavy equipment operator. He could fix anything, and built several cars and built and owned Par-Me Golf Course.

A celebration of Parm’s life will take place at a later date at Brown Road Golf Course. Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Archers Club.
