Skip BrienSkip Brien, 63, of Holley, died March 15, 2020 at Strong Memorial Hospital following a short illness. He was surrounded by his family. Skip was born Oct. 4, 1956 in Clarkson, a son of the late Gilbert I. Brien, and he lived in this area most of his life.

Skip is survived by Mary Dewey, his loving companion of 28 years; his daughters, Paige (AJ) Brien and Tia (Richy) Brien; loving granddaughter, Kori; sister, Sheila (Duke) Burnett; brothers, Scott (Kelly) Brien and Michael (Stephanie) Baldwin; niece, Dani (Todd) Watkins; great-nephew, Brandon Watkins; great-niece, Alli Watkins; as well as several in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be no calling hours.  His Celebration of Life service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorials may be made to Wilmot Cancer Center, 601 Elmwood Ave., Rochester NY 14642.
