Shirley Ferris Reed
Shirley Ferris Reed, 76, of Point Breeze, passed away Nov. 26, 2019 at United Memorial Hospital in Batavia. She was born May 6, 1943 in Brockport to the late James and Stella (Tiberio) Ferris.
Shirley was very athletic and was an avid golfer who achieved three holes-in-one in a 12-month span. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was predeceased by her brother, James; and stepson, Randall.
Shirley is survived by her loving husband, Ralph “RC” Reed; children, Kevin Hurlburt and Kelly Ann (Matt) Demitro; grandchildren, Joseph, Jakob and Jaysa; stepdaughter, Cheryl Reed; step-grandchildren, Samuel, Ryan and Kyler; nieces, Carson (Nick) Zeolla and Jane Ferris; great-nephews, James, Cade and Aiden; sister-in-law, Linda (Richard) Olson; and close friends, Jim (Paula) Bannister and Gerry (Beverly) Moore.
Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
