Roy John Follman, 87, of Kenyonville, passed away on Aug. 24, 2020 at home, surrounded by family. He was born in 1933 to Roy and Lucy (Starks) Follman.

John was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He graduated from Cornell University and spent many years working for the New York Farm Bureau. His favorite job was managing the Farm Bureau Marketing Co-op.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dorothy Major Follman; three sons, John (Yvonne) Follman, Mark (Cindy Perry) Follman and Curtis (Kelly) Follman; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his son, Thomas; his sisters, Una (Joe) Damba and Betty (Vince) Nannen; and his brother, Claude (Margaret) Follman.

Arrangements for a memorial service are being completed by the family and Carlton United Methodist Church.
