Roxanna Jean (Semon) Malcolm

MEDINA – Roxanna Jean (nee Semon) Malcolm passed away April 7, 2022 under the care of her loving family with the support of Niagara Hospice. Born September 28, 1948 in Medina she was the daughter of Roxy J. and Leona May (McAdoo) Schultz.

Roxy AKA Jeanie worked for many years in manufacturing at Owen Illinois and Fisher Price Toys in Medina, before becoming everybody’s favorite bartender at Dry Dock and Time Out II, where she made lifelong friends and enjoyed meeting people from near and far. Roxy enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She loved playing games, gardening, painting rocks, making crafts, bird watching, and listening to the sounds of nature. Roxy was very creative and nicknamed “MacGyver” by her family.

She was predeceased by her husband Daniel R. Semon.

Roxy is survived by her children Michael Semon, Jodi (Philip) Salamone, Tracy (Michael) Licinio, and Daniel (Sara) Semon; grandchildren Stephanie, Anna, Nicholas, Michael, Preston, Gianna, Dominic, Brandy, Daniel and Kennedy; four great-grandchildren with one on the way due in September. She will be missed.
