Rosanne M. Hale
Rosanne M. Hale, 73, of Lehigh Acres, Fla., formerly of Randolph, N.Y., passed away peacefully the day before her 74th birthday on Tue., Jan. 8, 2019, with her daughter by her side.
Born Jan. 9, 1945 in St. Catherines, Ontario, Rosanne was the daughter of the late George L. and Rita (Reddy) Doubek. She was a graduate of Randolph High School, class of 1962. She lived in Randolph for many years and resided in Lehigh Acres for the past 20 years. Rosanne worked for Brooks Pharmacy and Eckerd Drug Store and, lastly, for Walmart in Fort Myers, Fla., where she worked as a financial clerk. She was a member of the Randolph Legion Auxiliary and was a parishioner of St. Raphael Catholic Church in Lehigh Acres. Rosanne had a love for all plants and flowers, especially her orchids.
She is survived by her children, John (Laurel) Hale of Randolph and Michelle (Jeff) Plummer of Lyndonville; seven grandchildren, Dustin (Bre) Hale, Samantha Hale, David Everts Jr., Jacob Hale, Ryan (Alicia) Earle, Nicole Earle and Michael Plummer; eight great-grandchildren, Piper, Peyton, Lukas, Jaxon, Wyatt, Myra, Jayden and Raelin; siblings, Anthony (Paulette) Doubek of Midway, Tenn., James (Sharon) Doubek of Sunnyvale, Calif., Felicity (Jerry) McAlister of Lehigh Acres, and Matthew Doubek of Randolph; many nieces and nephews; and special friend, Deb Good, who was with her throughout her illness.
An hour of calling will be held on Sat., Jan. 12 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina NY 14103, with a memorial service immediately following at 1:30 p.m. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Sat., Jan. 19 at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church in Randolph.
