Ronald A. Nowatchik

LOCKPORT – Ronald A. Nowatchik of Lockport, NY, formerly of Albion, NY, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

Born on March 3, 1952, in Clarkson, NY, he was the son of the late Arthur and Wilhelmina (Frisch) Nowatchik.

Ronald retired from Genesee County IDA where he was a maintenance worker. He was an active member of Faith Community Chapel and his faith was very important to him. Ron built and flew model radio control planes and was a member of Academy of Aeronautics, was a home wine maker winning awards at the state fair and an avid auto videographer.

Husband of the late Muriel (St. Denis) Nowatchik, he is survived by his children, Robert (Tina), Joel, David (Carolin) and Kristal (Gregory) Dobrick; five grandchildren, Bryan, Kyra, Malina, Colin and Isla; brothers, Robert and Neil (Donna) and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday, August 13th from 4 to 7 p.m. at Lange Funeral Home Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY.
