Richard W. Wagner
Richard W. Wagner, 76, of Albion died unexpectedly at home May 31, 2022.
He was born Sept. 15, 1945 in Albion to John and Maria (Justin) Wagner and was a life-long resident of this area. Richard was a member and past president for over 30 years of the Albion Rod and Gun Club. He was an active sportsman and especially enjoyed deer hunting. In addition, he found pleasure in farming on his land. Richard was a collector of classic cars and enjoyed tinkering with just about anything. He could build or fix anything and would always be in his shop doing something.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years Theresa; his sons: John Wagner of Albion, Steven (Susan) Wagner of Pittsburgh; his brother, Carl (Jeanette) Wagner of Clarendon; 1 grandson, Ryan; as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home, 21 West Ave., Albion, Tue., June 7 from form 3-5 pm where his funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 5 pm. Private interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
