Richard Forder

Richard “Woodchuck” “Ricky” Forder, 20, of Albion, died suddenly Oct. 10, 2019. He was born Sept. 13, 1999 in Brockport, a son of Chris (Roy) Miller and Stephen Forder.

Richard graduated from Lyndonville Central School in 2018 and, while there, enjoyed playing basketball and baseball, hanging out with friends, and going fishing. He then got a job at Lake Ontario Fruit in Albion and, for the short amount of time he was there, he enjoyed going to work every day and gained many friendships. In his free time, he loved playing games with his friends and cousins. Every day was full of music and dancing. For Richard, the most important things in life were his relationships with family and friends, and making sure everyone was happy and having a great time. His favorite response to everything was, “Mayonnaise.”

We will love you forever.

He was predeceased by his grandmother, Rachel Miller; and grandfather, Richard Forder.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Jessica Forder, Megan Forder, Morgan Forder, Christina Miller, Seath Forder, Trevor Forder and Logan Forder; his girlfriend, Adrianna Johnson; maternal grandparents, Nancy Wisnies and Raymond McIntyre; paternal grandmother, Martha Meister; aunts and uncles, Laura (Terry) Stephens, Tausha (Cody) Miller, Brian (Cherie) Forder, Richard Forder Jr., Debra Forder and Scott Forder; and cousins, Daniel, Edward, Russell, Ashlee, Jimmy, Karlee, Kollin, Machara, Katie, Jonathan, Carlise, Travis and Jason.

The family will receive friends on Wed., Oct. 16 from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 21 West Ave., Albion, where his funeral service will be held Thu., Oct. 17 at 11 a.m.
