Richard E. Raduns

MIDDLEPORT – Richard E. Raduns, age 82, died peacefully in his home October 9, 2022 surrounded by his family.   

He was born September 26, 1940 in Buffalo to Elmer and Esther (Wagner) Raduns and was a life-long resident of this area.  Richard was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, the UAW, and enjoyed golfing , playing cards, horseshoes, softball and being outdoors.  Above all he had an undying love for his family and his Lord.  Mr. Raduns was predeceased by a sister: Janet Braun.   

He is survived by his wife of 62 years Vivian, his children: Betty (David) Hunt of Middleport, Dwayne (Denise) Raduns of Wolcottsville, Daniel (Jennifer ) Raduns of Somerset, David Raduns of CO, Richard Raduns of NJ, Cheryl (Todd) Dimitroff of Middleport, a brother Dale Raduns of Shelby as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces.   

The family will receive friends at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State Street-Middleport, TUESDAY from 4-6 pm only.  Private interment will be held in Mount Pleasant Cemetery at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY, 14094 or Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 133 Telegraph Rd., Middleport, NY, 14105.
