Richard D. Stockton

Richard D. Stockton passed peacefully with his family by his side on Dec. 22, 2019.

He was predeceased by his father, Donn Stockton.

He is survived by his parents, Peggy and Gil Nowak; his brother, Randy; his sisters, Debbie (John) Fracassi and Julie (Ed) Piccirillo; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Swan, Alysha Bongiatonni, Matt Fracassi, Emma Piccirillo and Carter Swan.

Richard graduated from Albion High School in the class of 1978. He lived in the area his entire life. He loved his family and the outdoors, especially camping and traveling with his brother, Randy, and his niece, Alysha. He loved people, all genres of music, and the Buffalo Bills.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Fri., April 17 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (between Long Pond Road and Elmgrove Road), Rochester. At 12 p.m., following visitation, funeral services will be held in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be private.

The family would like to thank Nancy and Connie of UR Medicine Hospice, Monroe Community Hospital, particularly 4 west staff, for their care and compassion. Additional thanks to Ortho 5th floor at Strong Hospital, Opportunities of DePaul Batavia, and ARC Friendship House of Albion, especially Elaine, for their support and care over the years.

Arrangements are being handled by New Comer Cremations & Funerals, Rochester.
