Raynold W. Miller, Jr.

ALBION – Raynold W. Miller, Jr. entered into eternal rest on April 9, 2022. Born on January 22, 1963, in Medina, New York to the late Raynold W. Miller, Sr and Irene Chase Miller. He is survived by his brother, Daniel (Lissa) Miller of Albion, New York, his Uncle Luke Miller of Albion, New York, his nephew’s Nate Miller and Michael Ayotte and niece’s Amber Miller and Ashley Porter.

Ray was a Lifetime member of the Albion Volunteer Fire Department, the Albion Emergency Squad, and a member of the Albion Fireflies Drill Team. He was a member of the Western New York State Firemen’s Association. Ray received an award for two-time overall training hours for Orleans County. He was Chief mechanic for 13 years for Emergency Squad which was caring for the Hurst tools, boat, and truck/ambulance.
Ray moved to Hollywood, MD when he accepted a position as Equipment Operator with the State Highway Administration, where he continued to work until his retirement. 

There will be no calling hours.  Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service for Ray, on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 10am in the Albion Fire Station, 106 North Platt Street, Albion, NY.  Memorials may be made to the Albion Fire Department.  Local arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home of Albion.
