Raymond E. “Woody” Wodrich
Raymond E. “Woody” Wodrich, 78, of Medina, entered into rest on Sun., June 26, 2022 at the VA Hospital in Buffalo.
Born April 5, 1944 in Medina, he was a son of the late Walter and Doris (Kams) Wodrich. A Vietnam veteran, Raymond served in the U.S. Army from 1965-1967. He held various jobs over the years as a truck driver, including at Lakeshore Lumber and at Jamestown Containers. Raymond loved spending time with his beloved dog, Susie.
Survivors include three siblings: Shirley (Walker) Capstick, Gerald (late Bea) Wodrich and Donna (late George) Wolter; sister-in-law, Frances Wodrich; also several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by two brothers, Earl Wodrich in 2012 and Leo (Betty) Wodrich in 2017.
There will be no prior visitation. Military honors will be accorded at graveside on Thu., June 30 at 2 pm in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Shelby. Arrangements are in the care of Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W.
