Phyllis K. Sullivan
Phyllis K. Sullivan was predeceased by her loving husband, Richard; her cherished son, Jonathan Kaiser; and Jonathan’s father, Edmond.
She is survived by her beloved grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jonathan and William Kaiser; and by many Kennegott and Sullivan nieces and nephews. She leaves behind dear friends, both past and present: Sabrina and David Renner and their son, Camden; Marsha Barrett, Cindy Micalizio, Rick Mancuso, and the Rebholz-Bush family.
Phyllis appreciated Dr. David Bressler, Paul Viel and Chris Pratt, along with their staffs, for their many years of care, support and guidance.
Following her retirement from NYSDMH, Phyllis and Richard traveled to Tucson, Ariz. during the winter months and spent 10 years enjoying the Southwest. She was most recently spending her summers at her cottage in Waterport with her constant companion, “Lady Bug.”
Per Phyllis’ wishes, a graveside prayer service will be held at a future date.
