Paul E. Moden

American flagPaul E. Moden, 63, of Medina, entered into rest unexpectedly on Mon., Nov. 8, 2021.

Born Aug. 3, 1958 in Medina, he was a son of the late Walter and Florence (Giertz) Moden. Paul graduated from Medina High School in the class of 1977. Shortly after graduating he joined the U.S. Army. A hard worker, Paul drove semi truck for many years. He worked for Elpay Farms and was known to be able to fix just about anything. Most of all Paul enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing and racing with his grandchildren.

Predeceased by his parents and brothers: George (Edie) Moden, Wayne Moden and Jay Moden; brothers-in-law: Stanley Gillmeister and Larry Farrow; and former wife, Connie Robison.

Survivors include his son, Chad (Jessica) Moden; daughter, Jessica Toussaint; step-son, Jamie Kilbury; grandchildren: Tyler Moden and Raelyn Moden; siblings: Janice Gillmeister, Karl (Susan) Moden, Sharon Farrow, Beverly Nudd and Scott (Roxanne) Moden; also several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Thu., Nov. 18 from 9-11 a.m., with his funeral service immediately following at 11 a.m. at the Grove United Methodist Church, 11004 W. Center St., Medina. Interment will be in the Western New York National Cemetery in Pembroke.
