Michael R. Ruggles
HOLLEY – Michael R. Ruggles passed away unexpectedly on April 29, 2025, at the age of 44. Predeceased by his grandparents Raymond and Virginia Ruggles and Robert and Bertha Whipple.
He is survived by his parents Ronald and Deborah Whipple, baby sister and best friend Amanda (Moises) Casarez, sisters Jennifer Cieslinski and Cynthia Murray, brother Lance Whipple, right hand man and cousin Andrew Ruggles, childhood best friend and cousin Keith (Michelle) Tophan, nieces and nephews Kaden, Nayelli, Justin and Kaylee and Bobby, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mike was a faithful follower of the band Phish. He was an avid sports fan, and he loved to travel.
Family will receive friends on Monday, May 12, 2025 from 5-7 pm at Fowler Funeral Home Inc. 340 West Ave., Brockport where a funeral service will follow at 7 pm. Those wishing may contribute to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, by clicking here, in honor of Mike.
