Michael L. Wilson

HOLLEY – Michael “Mike” L. Wilson, age 36, passed away unexpectedly on July 1, 2025 as the result of a motorcycle accident. He was born April 12, 1989 in Lockport to Bobby and Randy Wilson.

Mike was employed at Oxbo where he worked as a painter. Mike was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, he enjoyed fishing whenever he could, bonfires at the family property and anything that went boom. He was a great cook, unique individual, but had a caring heart with a side of being a goofball once he warmed up. He loved spending time with his nieces, stepson Kyle and his beloved dog, Tootsie.

Mike was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, and maternal grandparents, Robert and Lodica Sisler.

Mike is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Tiffany Surowy; stepson, Kyle Surowy; parents, Bobby and Randy Wilson; brother, Cory (Tina) Wilson; nieces, Cora, Jenna and Hanna; father-in-law, Bob (late “Penny”) Margis; great-uncle, Donald Sisler; beloved dog, Tootsie; as well as many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Mike’s family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home, 16650 State Route 31, Holley, NY 14470 on Monday, July 7th from 5 to 7 p.m. where a time to share stories and celebrate Mike’s life will follow at 7 p.m. Private interment will be held in Cold Springs Cemetery in Lockport.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mike’s name may be made to the Patricia Allen Fund at The Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Foundation.
