Mary D. Sanderson
ALBION – Mary D. Sanderson, age 91, passed away May 26, 2024. She was born August 20, 1932, in Troupsburg, NY to the late Wallace and Carrie (Haner) Mattison.
Mary loved spending time fishing, tending to her gardens and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Harold in 2010, children, Charlotte Hermey, Thomas (Patricia) Haynes, Joseph Haynes, and 6 siblings.
Mary is survived by her children Michael (late Virginia) Haynes, Christine Sanderson, 8 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, 8 siblings and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service to celebrate Mary’s life will be held at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home 21 West Ave. Albion, NY 14411 on Monday, June 3rd at 1:00pm. Interment will be held privately at Millville Cemetery.
