Martin J. Milligan
Martin J. Milligan, 64, of Albion, passed away Jan. 8, 2020. He was born in Germany and was the son of the late Jerome and Gertraude Milligan.
Marty served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Albion Correctional Facility, where he was an officer for 25 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Colleen (Darren) Martin of South Carolina; son, Shawn (Staci); grandson, Geophrey (Jon Jon) Darrow of Rhode Island; granddaughter, LilyRose; and “granddogger,” Lucy.
Funeral arrangements will be privately held.
