Margaret Mary “Susie” Parker died at home in Pensacola, Fla. on May 30, 2018 at the age of 73. She was raised on Gillette Road in the Town of Barre and graduated from Albion High School, class of 1962. Susie graduated from Rosary Hill College in Buffalo (now called Daemen College), then relocated to Chicago, Ill., where she resided for most of her adult life. During her years in Chicago, Susie was employed at Manpower Employment Services, and she also worked for the Internal Revenue Service.

For the last several years of her life, Susie resided at the family home in Pensacola.

Susie was predeceased by her parents, Gerald H. Parker and Florence Metz Parker; her brother, William C. Parker; and her cousin, Lyle G. Parker.

She is survived by her aunt, Mary Jane Francis Parker of Ithaca, N.Y.; her cousins, David (Ruth) Parker of Auburn, N.Y., Debra (Albert) Parker Traunstein of Ithaca, Gordon (Connie) Gillette of Corning, N.Y., and Darla Gillette Thompson of Venice, Fla.; and several other extended family members.

Interment will be in Mt. Albion Cemetery, Albion, on Fri., Sept. 27.
