ALBION – Margaret A. McKenna, 96, died December 11, 2020 at Elderwood at Brockport.  She was born July 20, 1924 at her home in Royalton, a daughter of the late Blanche Droman (Alfred) Gawve and Warren Schultz.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband George V. McKenna, Sr. and her brother Lester A. (Marion) Schultz.

Margaret’s main focus and joy in life was her children and grandchildren. She spent her life providing behind the scenes help to her children in the endeavors they pursued. She in turn, means the world to her family.  Her 26th great-grandchild arrived the day before she went to be with the Lord, where she will be reunited with the love of her life, George Mckenna Sr.

Her interests included playing cards, games, square dancing, listening to country music, reading, traveling, going to Disney (especially on the Tower of Terror) and shopping for the perfect gifts.

She is survived by her children, Gary (Linda) McKenna of Fairport, Sheila (Verne) Allport of Albion, Marcia (James) Zambito of Albion, and Dr. George (Iva) McKenna, Jr. of Albion; 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
