Kevin Housel
Kevin Housel of Johnson City, NY formerly of Burt, NY went home to be with the Lord on Monday August 8, 2022.
He was the son of Gregory and Edith Bowman Housel.
He is survived by his three children, Connor, Madeline, and Franklin; brother of Robyn (Justin) Burrows, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is predeceased by his grandparents, Frank Housel Jr. and Helen Gianniny Housel, Buford and Helen Wilson Bowman.
He graduated from Houghton and Elmira colleges with his degrees in Spanish and Masters of Education. Kevin was a middle school Spanish teacher at Union Endicott Central School. He enjoyed hiking many parts of the Finger Lakes Trail and the Adirondack Peaks with many friends and his family.
A private family memorial service will be held and any memorials can be made in Kevin’s name to the Finger Lakes Trail Conference, 6111 Visitor Center Rd., Mount Morris NY 14510.
