Ken Spychalski

Kenneth John “Ken” Spychalski, 91, of Holley, went to heaven to be with his Lord on March 16, 2020.

Ken attended Holley High School, where he was a part of the 1946 Section Five Basketball Championship team and is also on the Wall of Fame at the school. He was an avid hunter in the local area, hunting deer and turkey. His greatest love was for his wife, children, 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He worked at Eastman Kodak for many years as a pipefitter and leadman.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Peggy Bradshaw, on Sept. 25, 2015; and by several of his siblings.

Ken is survived by his beloved wife and partner of 67 years, Mary Ann; children, Mark (Robin), Mary (Albert) Moss, and Matthew; son-in-law, Lonnie Bradshaw; sister, Joann (Roger) Herman; special niece, Diane (Peter) Pellegrino; as well as extended family, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Ken’s life will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions in Ken’s name may be made to The Open Door Mission, 156 N. Plymouth Ave., Rochester NY 14608; or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105; or to a charity of your choice.
