Jori A. Ludwick

ALBION – Jori A. Ludwick, 49, died September 25, 2020 at Rochester General Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born March 25, 1971 in Albion, a daughter of the late John and Kathleen (Piazza) Ludwick and had lived in this area all of her life.

Jori graduated from Albion High School in 1989 and served as Class President. She was involved in many of the school plays and was also the first eagle mascot at her school. Jori worked for many years as a coordinator for Orleans County Job Development in Albion. She loved dogs, especially her dog Pixie and for many years bred Lab Retrievers. Disney was her favorite place on earth. Jori enjoyed her morning coffee, music, gardening, nature and her 4-wheeler rides. She loved taking care of children and spending time with her family, especially her grandson Kyler who was the apple of her eye. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Madison (Joey) Standish; significant other, Steve Webster; step daughter, Brooke-Lynn (Cody) Dunn and their daughter Adaline; her brother, John (Danielle) Ludwick; nephew, Jack; niece, Ava; grandson, Kyler and one on the way; an aunt, uncle, cousins and many life-long friends.

The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Ave. Albion Thursday, October 1st, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph’s Church. Masks will be required when entering the funeral home and church.
