Jeffery L. Pask

American flagJeffery L. Pask, 69, of Albion, entered into eternal life on Sept. 6, 2020 in the Batavia Veterans Administration Hospital Compassionate Care Unit. Jeffery passed due to a severe illness as the result of Agent Orange.

Jeff was a graduate of Albion High School and, after graduation, joined the United States Army and served in Vietnam. Upon returning home, he began working for the NYS Department of Transportation Highway Department in Albion, and he worked there for 31 years before retiring. Jeff was a member of the St. Mary’s Archer’s Club, the Albion American Legion and the Albion VFW, where he served as past Commander. Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, riding motorcycles, and playing lotto, quick draw and scratch-off lottery tickets.

Jeff fought many years to bravely overcome his illness and never gave up. He will surely be missed. Rest well and feel whole, and be well now and forever.

Mr. Pask was predeceased by his father, Russell M. Pask; his mother, Mabel W. Haskell Pask; and his youngest sister, Donna M. Pask.

He is survived by his eldest sister, Sharon L. Pask Engert of Fancher; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; his ex-wife, Debbie; son, Jeremy; and many friends.

The family will receive friends on Fri., Sept. 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 21 West Ave., Albion, where his funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. following visitation. Face coverings will be required for entering the funeral home. Interment with military honors will be held in Mt. Albion Cemetery.
