Jared M. Fearby

Jared FearbyJared M. Fearby, 21, of Kent, died suddenly Jan. 3, 2020. He was born Aug. 24, 1998 in Rochester to Michael and Lynn (Bozard) Fearby and lived in this area all of his life.

Jared was a 2016 graduate of Albion Central School and was a senior at SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry School in Syracuse, studying conservation biology. While in high school, Jared was involved with the concert band as a trumpet player. He also played the piano and enjoyed classical music. Jared was also on the golf team and the varsity baseball team. He was a Buffalo Bills fan, and he had a great love for all animals. Jared was an avid outdoorsman who had a passion for fishing and hunting.

Jared is survived by his parents, Mike and Lynn Fearby of Kent; brother, Nathan; maternal grandparents, Bruce and Darlene Bozard of Medina; paternal grandmother, Joan Fearby of Shelby; aunts, Laurie (Stephen) Fodor and Kim (Dave) Binczewski; and cousins, Kristen Kiesow and Josie Binczewski.

The family will receive friends at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 21 West Ave., Albion, on Wed., Jan. 8 from 3 to 7 p.m. Family and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11 a.m. on Thu., Jan. 9 at Albion First Presbyterian Church, 29 E. State St., Albion NY 14411. Private interment will take place at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to PAWS, 3371 Gaines Basin Road, Albion NY 14411.
