Janice Lorback
BROCKPORT – Janice M. (VanDetta) Lorback, 81, passed away June 5, 2022. She was born December 8, 1940 in Medina, a daughter of the late George and Marion (Cassidy) VanDetta and had lived in this area all of her life.
Janice loved crocheting afghans for friends and family and loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her long-time loving companion Roger Lettis; brothers Peter VanDetta, Anthony VanDetta and George VanDetta; twin sister Judy Rutherford; and sisters Pat Swanger, Catherine VanDetta.
Janice is survived by her children Marianne Licorish, James Lorback and Jeffrey Lorback; grandchildren Eric Lorback, Anthony Licorish, Victoria Licorish, Ahmyah Lorback; great-granddaughter Lillianna Lorback; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 State Rte. 31 Holley on Wednesday, June 8th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. where her funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
