Hope Mosher

Hope M. Mosher, 43, of Medina, died Nov. 12, 2019 in Medina Memorial Hospital, following a long illness and while under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Orleans.

Hope was born Oct. 16, 1976 in Rochester to Earl and Billie (Moore) Oberther and lived in this area her entire life. She was a former employee of Associated Brands, worked as a health care aide at Medina Memorial Hospital, and loved to be on social media. Hope was an artist who specialized in creating canvas sculptures, but the creations she loved the most and was most proud of were her children and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons and her daughter, Jason, Anthony and Sheya Zajaczkowski; her siblings, Donald, Christopher, Vicki, Calvin, Michael, Chad and Corrina; her grandchildren, Joshua, Jessie and Raylyn; her parents, Bob “Mo” and Jacquelyn Mosher; her extended family, the Oberther and Moore families; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sat., Nov. 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 21 West Ave., Albion, where her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. following visitation.

Hope made arrangements with the University of Buffalo School of Medicine to donate her body so that, by research, she may further the advancement of the practice of medicine.
