Gilbert Nowak, 81, of Rochester, formerly of Albion passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his beloved family on Sun., Jan. 9, 2022. Predeceased by parents; son, Richard Stockton. Survived by his loving wife, Margaret; children: Debbie (John) Fracassi, Randy Bongiatonni, Julie (Ed) Piccirillo; grandchildren: Jennifer (Josh) Swan, Matthew Fracassi, Alysha Bongiatonni, Emma Piccirillo; great-grandchildren: Carter & Avery Swan, Oakley Bongiatonni; sisters: Lauren Helfer & Debbie Helfer; nieces: Stacey & Lindsay Rachow.
Gil was a member of St. Mary’s Archers & St. Mary’s Club. He was an outdoors man that loved hunting, fishing, camping and teaching his grandchildren about the great outdoors.
